按属地原则，境外人士返回西永园区后居住或停留地的所属镇街，负责提醒引导归来人员加强自我防护，做好疫情相关知识宣传。每天询问归来人员外出情况，监测归来人员体温，如有异常则立即送至定点医院检查，确认患病后按相关流程处理。

值此2020年新春佳节之际，我们向您表示衷心的祝福，新年好！新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情发生以来，重庆市委市政府高度重视，积极行动，于2020年1月24日启动了突发公共卫生事件一级应急响应，各项防疫工作高效有序推进。在此，我们向在渝外籍人士提出如下倡议：
一、加强自我防护，尽量减少外出，避免到人员密集的场所，减少聚会聚餐等集体活动。外出请正确佩戴口罩，首选医用外科口罩。废弃口罩按规定规范投放。保持良好的卫生习惯，注意手口卫生。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，肉类和蛋类请彻底煮熟后食用。
二、关注权威信息。重庆市卫生健康委员会官方网站（wsjkw.cq.gov.cn）将定时发布重庆市新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情情况。您也可以关注中国国家卫生健康委员会发布的消息，了解全国疫情情况。如有任何疑问或建议，您可以在我们所提供的官方网站留言，也可以拨打重庆市卫生健康委员会涉外事务咨询电话：13983713238，我们将及时回应您的关切。

Dear foreign friends:
On the occasion of the 2020 Spring Festival, we would like to express our best wishes to you and a happy new year!
Since the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus, the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Municipal Government have attached great importance to it and took active actions. On January 24, 2020, the first-level public health emergency response was initiated and various epidemic prevention efforts have been made efficiently and orderly. Hereby, we advocate the following to all foreigners in Chongqing:
I. Strengthening self-protection with less outdoor activities, avoiding crowded places, and reducing group activities such as gatherings and dinners. Please wear masks correctly when going out. Medical surgical masks are preferred. Discarded masks should be placed according to regulations. Maintaining good hygiene habits and paying attention to hand and mouth hygiene. Avoiding contact with any wildlife or poultry. Meat and eggs should be cooked thoroughly.
II. Paying attention to authoritative information. The official website of Chongqing Municipal Health Commission (wsjkw.cq.gov.cn) will regularly update information of the novel coronavirus in Chongqing. You can also refer to the news released by the National Health Committee of China to learn about the nationwide situation. If you have any questions or suggestions, you can leave a message on the official website mentioned above, or you can call the Chongqing Municipal Health Commission’s foreign affairs line: 139 8371 3238, and we will respond to your concerns in a timely manner.
III. If you have visited high-risk areas recently or have come in contact with people who come from high-risk areas, please pay close attention to your health and report to your employer or local community staff as soon as possible. If the community workers or medical staff ask about your health, please provide them with information in a timely manner.
IV. Chongqing has designated the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (Address: No. 1 Youyi Road, Yuanjiagang, Yuzhong District, Chongqing) and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University (Address: No.76 Linjiang Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing) for foreigners.
